On CX Day 2025, the CX community took a day to celebrate the individuals and organizations that strive to create a better world through a focus on understanding, designing, and delivering customer experiences that are good for customers, employees, and organizational growth. It was an energizing global celebration with in-person and online gathering - as well as lots of pride on social media.
More than just a celebration, it was also a day to reflect on the accomplishments of the CX profession and recommit to continuing to promote CX as a preferred business discipline that drives growth. Highlights from CX Day 2025 are presented below.
