I had the great opportunity to start my professional career by joining a high-potential program at a prestigious multinational company in the Consumer Goods sector. There, I was fortunate to take my first steps into the wonderful and exciting world of Marketing & Customer Relations.
This experience helped me become a proactive leader passionate about change, focusing on digital transformation, data analysis, and customer experience. Over more than 25 years, I’ve had the chance to define and implement strategic visions across various industries and countries. My specialization centers on "learning to learn" and achieving results by working collaboratively and with commitment alongside my teams.
A significant part of my professional journey has been dedicated to driving transformation within the organizations I’ve worked for, whether in digitalization, data analysis, or a customer-centric approach. I always strive to balance business vision with values such as innovation and collaboration. I have held senior roles such as Marketing and Customer Director in leading companies, working on both the manufacturer’s side and in consulting, retail, leisure, and the financial sector.
I’ve been fortunate to witness several technological transformation processes, from the rise of CRM and digital marketing to the application of artificial intelligence in business. I also actively participate in university teaching as a specialist in marketing, customer experience, retail, and innovation.
In the field of Digital Marketing, I had the opportunity to establish the digital marketing area for a leading food retailer, defining a digital asset ecosystem and setting a long-term strategy.
Regarding customer experience, I have designed, created, and developed the CX leadership in two leading companies in different and highly competitive international sectors. This involved organizational design, defining the vision and strategy, along with the corresponding action lines and implementation plans.
