Duc is the 1st Asian person earning the prestigious certifications: CCXP by CXPA - Global Customer Experience Professionals Association, XMP by Qualtrics XM Institute, and CCX by Bain & Company.
He is the 1st Vietnamese person was recognized among Top 8 CX Leaders Impacting Organizations in 2023 by CXPA, and invited as a judge for ICXA - the International Customer Experience Awards 2023, 2024 and 2025. He was the winner of "CX Innovator of the Year" at WFIS Vietnam 2025 Awards.
With 20 years of diverse experience in Total Quality Management and CX Management, he has consulted and coached numberous brands and individuals across industries such as Telecom, Finance & Insurance, Retails, Technology, and Services.
Currently he is a Head of Experience Management & Process Optimization at MSB Bank, and also a member of CXPA Asia Regional Leadership Council.
