With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and customer experience, I am a passionate and innovative leader, educator, and entrepreneur. I founded Paradox Academy, a business school focused specifically on the CX market, with the aim of enabling professionals and organizations to learn how to apply best practices and tools for growth marketing, customer success and customer experience.
As Partner and Head of Marketing and Education at Kentricos, a customer-centric consulting firm, I help clients design and implement effective strategies to optimize their customer journeys, increase their retention and loyalty, and drive their growth. I also leverage my extensive teaching and academic background experience to create and deliver engaging and relevant courses and programs on digital transformation, marketing and customer experience for universities and business schools such as FIAP, FIA, Digital House, FAAP and SENAC. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with diverse audiences, as a public speaker, mentor and writer.
