Bio

As the Chief Experience Officer at the Customer Experience Company Ltd (EXco), I constantly challenge the experiences I have and those that I deliver. Having over 15 years experience in the field and being among the first in the Caribbean to hold a ‘CX’ title,  I am honoured and proud to be considered a subject-matter expert.

As the co-founder and creator of exco, I have the unique advantage of blending my work and passion seamlessly, allowing me to not only develop my own skills and zeal for the field but to also bring others along. With a proven and measurable track record for CX-oriented change, as a certified Trainer and facilitator, XM scientist, Net Promoter and Customer Journey Expert, I am confident in my ability to support businesses as they undertake their sensitive and sometimes-difficult Customer Experience transformation goals.
