Cristiane Machado is a black woman from the outskirts with over two decades of experience in Customer Experience (CX).
She has worked for major companies such as Real, Santander, Walmart.com, and her latest role was Partner Experience Manager at iFood.
Currently, she plays multiple roles harmoniously: serving as a mentor both within and outside her organization, teaching at CS Academy to share her experience and guide the next generation of professionals, and, of course, being an inspiring speaker who shares insights at professional development events.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Cristiane is a driving force in promoting diversity and inclusion as a co-founder of the "Negras na CX" community.
This impactful project aims to empower black women in the Customer Experience field, enhancing their visibility in positions of power, fostering professional engagement, and creating an environment conducive to learning and development.
