Bio

25 years in the market, going through the food industry, media outlets, to the digital and O2O market. Currently responsible for the CX and Communication areas at Sami, I also teach and give lectures on the topic. 

Intentionally listening to the customer combined with a consistent communication strategy brought the ABEMD award in the Digital and Mobile categories in 2015 and the nomination for professional of the year in the Experience category at the E-Commerce Brazil Award in 2019. 

Besides that, I love traveling, chating, walking, new foods, cats and memes.
