Thank you for your interest in serving as faculty for CX Leaders Advance. The conference agenda will be designed to foster engagement on pressing issues faced by CX leaders grounded in the CXPA CX Framework. Those selected as faculty members will design and lead (or co-lead) one or more sessions to be held April 28th-30th in Indianapolis, Indiana. CXPA will assist you as needed to plan your session and will handle all meeting room and audio-visual logistics.
Because the CX community values continuous learning, Faculty are full conference registrants, including full participation in all conference activities, including the April 27th opening reception. Faculty members are responsible for travel and lodging, with a discounted registration rate of $995.

Session Format
Each session will include:
- 30-minute faculty presentations: Deliver key insights or approaches on the track topic
- Collaborative discussion: Attendees will engage in facilitated small-group discussions tailored to their CX maturity levels, focusing on applying concepts to their challenges.
- Actionable resources: Intentional design to facilitate take-home value (e.g, assessment tool, worksheet, framework)
