Turning Awareness into Action: Why Mental Health Must Be a Daily Consideration for CX Professionals
Mental Health Awareness Month is recognized globally. In the U.S., Mental Health America (MHA) observes each May, with the 2025 theme “Turning Awareness into Action.” The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) joins with nationwide campaigns. In Europe, Mental Health Week (May 19–25) will rally voices under the theme “Every Voice Matters.” Australia, New Zealand, and regions across Africa, Asia, and South America mark World Mental Health Day in October, reflecting growing global momentum. Whether it’s observed in May, October, or September, mental wellness is not a holiday — it must be a daily practice.
