This AI-powered Large Language Model (LLM), developed in collaboration with CXPA members and volunteers, has been trained exclusively on CXPA’s published books—a collection of 14 foundational CX resources including the CXPA CX Book of Knowledge.  This means that it delivers answers to your questions that reflect the wisdom of your CXPA peers, based on consensus-driven, peer-reviewed materials.  This tool is now available to CXPA members as an included benefit of membership.

Additionally, CXPA’s global community played a crucial role in quality assurance and testing, ensuring that the CXPA CX Knowledge Copilot delivers accurate, relevant, and practical responses.

Unlike publicly available AI chatbots that pull information from various online sources, the CXPA CX Knowledge Copilot is exclusively trained on CXPA’s proprietary content. This ensures:

  • Relevance: The responses are tailored to CX professionals and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Credibility: The insights come from CXPA’s rigorously developed and peer-reviewed materials.
  • Transparency: Cited sources accompany each response, providing responses backed by citations from CXPA’s official publications, allowing users to explore the original sources for deeper understanding.

Hi, 
I find the CX Copilot very helpful.

One suggestion is to make the chat response box bigger (both in height and width) so it'll be easier to read what's returned.
